KONA Bakehouse (SS2) – Japanese inspired bread bakery with true deliciousness

New Bakery and cafe opened in SS2 (Syeksen 21) area – KONA Bakehouse.

Nice decoration inside, a line of ‘Komugi’

Varieties of pastries, breads

They serve coffee, also delicious with thick nutty espresso long black which is my type of coffee. Though their spepciality is pastries according to them.

Picked their Shio pan, scone and long black.

Shio pan tastes as same as Japan’s good one, great harmony with the sea salt, crunchy outside and fluffy soft inside.

Scone was great too; nice crunch, flavorful savory.

All pastries are inhouse baking, as you see spacious baking room inside.

The cakes baked inhouse, looks very delicious which I want to try next visit. I did not have it as it was in the morning & whole day out afterwards.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
